    I never weigh myself. I have a number in my head that varies by 3-4 lbs and has been pretty consistent for the last 7-8 years of my life, so I just assume it’s the probably the same.     “A healthy outside, starts from the inside.” As a blogger, I am supposed to have a niche. Easy.
